Ingredients
  

For the Chicken Marinade

  • 2 pieces Chicken breasts Skinless and boneless
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper

For Assembly

  • 8 pieces Corn tortillas Warm them before use
  • 1 small Onion Chopped
  • 1/4 cup Cilantro Chopped
  • 1 piece Lime Cut into wedges

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Marinate the chicken with olive oil, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper for at least 30 minutes.
  • Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

Cooking

  • Grill the chicken on medium-high heat until fully cooked, about 6-8 minutes per side.
  • Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing.
  • Warm the corn tortillas on the grill for about 30 seconds on each side.

Assembly

  • Assemble the tacos by placing sliced chicken on the tortillas, and topping with chopped onion, cilantro, and a squeeze of fresh lime juice.
  • Serve immediately.
