Ingredients
  

For the Cajun Steak Tips

  • 1 pound steak tips
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
  • Salt Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil For cooking the steak

For the Cheesy Rigatoni

  • 12 ounces rigatoni pasta
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese For a creamy sauce
  • Chopped parsley for garnish For serving

Instructions
 

Preparation of Steak

  • Season the steak tips with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  • In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat and cook the steak tips until browned and cooked to your liking. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

Cooking Rigatoni

  • Cook the rigatoni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Making the Sauce

  • In the same skillet, add heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  • Stir in grated Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.

Combining Ingredients

  • Add the cooked rigatoni to the sauce and mix well.
  • Return the steak tips to the skillet and combine with the pasta and sauce.

Serving

  • Serve garnished with chopped parsley.

Notes

For extra spice, add more Cajun seasoning or toss in some red pepper flakes. If you prefer a lighter dish, you can substitute the heavy cream with a lighter cream or milk. Feel free to add vegetables like bell peppers or spinach for added nutrition and color. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days or frozen for longer storage.
