  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 medium Juice of 1 lemon

For garnish

  • Fresh parsley

Instructions

Marinating the Chicken

  • In a bowl, combine olive oil, garlic, cumin, coriander, paprika, turmeric, cinnamon, salt, and pepper.
  • Add chicken thighs and coat them evenly with the spice mixture. Marinate for at least 1 hour or overnight for better flavor.

Cooking the Chicken

  • Preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Cook the chicken for 5-7 minutes on each side until it is cooked through.

Preparing the Garlic Sauce

  • In another bowl, mix yogurt, mayonnaise, and lemon juice to create the garlic sauce.

Serving

  • Slice the cooked chicken and serve it with the garlic sauce. Garnish with fresh parsley.

Notes

For the best flavor, marinate the chicken overnight. Use a meat thermometer to ensure the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C). Customize the spice levels by adding some chili powder if you like it spicy. Fresh herbs such as cilantro or dill can be added to the garlic sauce for extra flavor.
