  • 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips Use dark chocolate chips for a richer flavor.
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk 300ml can.
  • 1 1/2 cups dried coconut Adjust based on personal preference.
  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs Finely crushed for smoother texture.
  • 1/4 cup melted butter Helps to bind the mixture.
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract For added flavor.
  • 1/2 cup additional graham crumbs For rolling the balls.

Preparation

  • Mix melted butter with sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract in a large bowl.
  • Add graham cracker crumbs, coconut, and chocolate chips. Stir until well combined.
  • Chill mixture in the fridge for about an hour, or in the freezer for 15-20 minutes.
  • Shape small portions (about 1 1/4 inches) into balls and roll in extra graham crumbs.
  • Put rolled balls back in the fridge until firm, about 30 minutes to an hour.

Notes

Store these chocolate coconut balls in an airtight container in the fridge. They can last up to a week. For variety, consider adding peanut butter, almond butter, or rolling in different toppings.
