  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 8 oz dark chocolate 60-70% cocoa
  • 2 large fresh oranges Zest and juice

Preparation

  • Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter; press into a springform pan.

Cheesecake Filling
