  • 1 can 1 can sweetened condensed milk (300 ml)
  • 1.5 cups 1 1/2 cups dried coconut For serving suggestions, consider extra coconut on top.

Preparation

  • In a medium saucepan, mix together chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk over low heat until melted and smooth.
  • Remove from heat and stir in the dried coconut until well combined.
  • Pour the mixture into a greased or lined baking dish and spread evenly.
  • Refrigerate for several hours until set.
  • Cut into squares and serve.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week. For longer storage, freeze the squares wrapped in plastic wrap or aluminum foil. Squeeze lemon juice over the mixture for a unique flavor.
