Ingredients
  

For the cheesecake

  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 3/4 cup packed light brown sugar
  • 3 large eggs, room temperature
  • 1 1/2 cups cream cheese, softened Make sure it's at room temperature for easy mixing.
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy cream Whip just before serving.
  • 1 cup chopped Snickers bars
  • 1 pre-made graham cracker crust Alternatively, a homemade crust can be used.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
  • Gradually add the granulated sugar and brown sugar, beating until well combined.
  • Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  • Stir in the vanilla extract until fully integrated.
  • Gently fold in the chopped Snickers bars.

Baking

  • Pour the cheesecake mixture into the graham cracker crust.
  • Bake for 60-70 minutes, or until the center is set but still slightly jiggly.
  • Turn off the oven and let the cheesecake cool inside for an hour.
  • Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.

Serving

  • Before serving, whip the heavy cream and spread it on top of the cheesecake.
  • Garnish with additional chopped Snickers bars.

Notes

For a firmer cheesecake, bake it a little longer until it is set. Consider adding a layer of chocolate ganache on top before whipping the heavy cream for an even richer taste. You can also switch out Snickers for other favorite candy bars, such as Reese’s or Milky Way.
