  • 1 package refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)
  • 1 large apple, peeled and diced small
  • 2 tablespoons butter for cooking the apples
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce store-bought or homemade
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the diced apple, sugar, and cinnamon. Cook until the apples are soft and caramelized, about 5-7 minutes.
  • On a floured surface, flatten each biscuit. Place a spoonful of the apple mixture and a drizzle of caramel sauce in the center.
  • Fold the biscuit dough over the filling and pinch to seal.
  • Place the bombs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Baking

  • Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.

Serving

  • Serve warm with additional caramel sauce drizzled on top.

Notes

Store leftover Apple Caramel Bombs in an airtight container at room temperature for 1-2 days. For longer storage, refrigerate for up to a week. Reheat before serving.
