Ingredients
  

For the crust

  • 1.5 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 0.25 cups granulated sugar
  • 0.5 cups unsalted butter, melted

For the filling

  • 1 cups creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 cups heavy cream Use full-fat for best results.
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter. Press this mixture into the bottom of a pie dish to form the crust.
  • Bake the crust for about 8-10 minutes until lightly golden. Remove from oven and allow to cool.
  • In another bowl, mix peanut butter and powdered sugar until well combined.
  • In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream with vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
  • Gently fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture until smooth.
  • Pour the peanut butter mixture into the cooled crust and spread evenly.
  • Chill the pie in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or until set.

Serving

  • Serve chilled, sliced into wedges. Enjoy it plain or with whipped cream or chopped peanuts.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3-4 days. Make sure to cover it properly to maintain freshness.
