Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or chopped Rotisserie chicken can be used for convenience.
  • 1 15 oz jar Alfredo sauce Homemade Alfredo sauce can enhance the flavor.
  • 1 32 oz bag frozen tater tots Use any preferred brand.
  • 1 cup shredded cheese Optional - cheese can be added on top.
  • to taste Salt and pepper Seasoning to enhance flavor.
  • as needed Chopped parsley for garnish Optional - for serving.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large bowl, mix the cooked chicken and Alfredo sauce until combined.
  • In a greased baking dish, spread the chicken and Alfredo mixture evenly.
  • Layer the frozen tater tots on top of the chicken mixture.
  • If desired, sprinkle shredded cheese on top of the tater tots.

Baking

  • Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the tater tots are golden brown and crispy.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste and garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-4 days. To reheat, bake it in the oven or microwave. For variations, consider using ground beef or turkey instead of chicken, or adding veggies like peas or broccoli for extra nutrition.
