  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 3/4 cup peanut butter Creamy or crunchy peanut butter can be used.
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract Can be omitted if desired.

  • In a saucepan over medium heat, combine sugar and milk. Bring to a boil, stirring frequently.
  • Allow to boil for 5 minutes without stirring.
  • Remove from heat, then stir in peanut butter and vanilla extract until smooth.
  • Pour the mixture into a greased 8x8-inch pan and let it cool completely before cutting into squares.

Notes

Store the fudge in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week, or refrigerate for up to two weeks. Make sure to stir the mixture well while boiling to prevent burning, and use a non-stick pan for easier cleanup.
