  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13 inch baking pan.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the melted butter, sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
  • Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  • In another bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, and salt.
  • Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  • Fold in the chopped strawberries and chocolate chips.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly.

Baking

  • Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

Notes
