  • 0.75 cups powdered sugar
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

For the Chocolate Layer

Preparation

  • In a bowl, mix together the creamy peanut butter, powdered sugar, and melted butter until smooth.
  • Melt the milk chocolate chips in a microwave or double boiler.

Assembly

  • Pour half of the melted chocolate into a round cake pan and spread it to form a bottom layer. Chill in the refrigerator to set.
  • Once set, spread the peanut butter mixture over the chocolate layer.
  • Cover with the remaining melted chocolate and smooth the top.
  • Chill again until fully set.

Serving

  • Slice it into wedges like a cake and enjoy on its own or with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
