Ingredients
  

Brownie Base

  • 1 cup Unsalted butter, melted Use unsalted for better control of saltiness.
  • 1 cup All-purpose flour Can substitute with whole wheat or gluten-free flour.
  • 1 cup Unsweetened cocoa powder Gives the brownies a rich chocolate flavor.
  • 1 cup Sugar Add more or less to taste.
  • 4 large Eggs Room temperature helps with emulsion.
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract Enhances the overall flavor.

Mix-ins

  • 1 cup Chopped Snickers bars Can use other candy bars as variations.
  • 1/2 cup Chopped nuts Optional; choose your favorite nuts.
  • 1/2 cup Chocolate chips Optional; for additional chocolate flavor.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking pan.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the melted butter, sugar, and vanilla extract.
  • Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  • Sift in the flour and cocoa powder, and mix until just combined.
  • Fold in the chopped Snickers bars and nuts (if using).
  • Spread the brownie mixture evenly into the prepared pan.
  • Sprinkle chocolate chips on top if desired.

Baking

  • Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out with a few moist crumbs.
  • Allow to cool before cutting and serving.

Notes

Serve warm or at room temperature. Best enjoyed with vanilla ice cream or caramel drizzled on top. Store in an airtight container for 3-4 days, or refrigerate for up to a week.
