Ingredients
  

For the crust

  • 1 1/2 cups crushed Golden Oreos (or vanilla wafers)
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted

For the filling

  • 2 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened Ensure cream cheese is at room temperature for easy mixing.
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup fresh strawberries, chopped
  • 1/2 cup whipped cream Store-bought or homemade.

For garnish

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • In a mixing bowl, combine crushed Golden Oreos and melted butter until well combined.
  • Press the mixture into the bottom of a muffin tin lined with cupcake liners.

Making the filling

  • In another bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  • Fold in chopped strawberries and whipped cream gently until combined.

Assembling

  • Spoon the cream cheese mixture over the Oreo crusts in the muffin tin.
  • Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or until set.
  • Garnish with extra strawberries before serving.

Notes

These bites are best enjoyed cold, so keep them in the fridge until it’s time to serve. Can freeze well if wrapped and stored in an airtight container.
