  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened Make sure the cream cheese is at room temperature for easy mixing.
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter You can use natural peanut butter if desired.
  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs Add more if the mixture seems too soft.
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • to taste Chocolate chips or melted chocolate for coating (optional) Melt for dipping or drizzle on top.

Preparation

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and peanut butter, mixing until smooth.
  • Gradually add in the graham cracker crumbs, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract, stirring until well combined.
  • Roll the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • If using, melt the chocolate and dip each ball into the chocolate or drizzle it on top.
  • Refrigerate for about an hour to allow them to set.
  • Serve chilled.

Notes

Best served cold. Ideal for gatherings or as a quick treat. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week, or freeze for up to three months. Separate balls with parchment paper before freezing to prevent sticking.
