  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter Melted
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Cheesecake Layer

  • 1 cup cream cheese Softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Toppings

  • 1 cup chocolate fudge sauce
  • to taste whipped cream
  • to taste chocolate shavings
  • to taste cherries for topping

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
  • In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Remove it from the heat and stir in the sugar, eggs, and vanilla.
  • Mix in the cocoa, flour, baking powder, and salt until well combined. Spread the batter evenly into the prepared pan.

Baking

  • Bake the brownie for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  • While the brownie is baking, beat together the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until it is smooth.
  • Pour the cream cheese mixture over the baked brownie and return it to the oven for another 10 minutes.

  • Allow the dessert to cool completely.
  • Drizzle hot fudge sauce over the top before serving.
  • Top each slice with whipped cream, chocolate shavings, and cherries for a delightful finish.
