Ingredients
  

Cream Cheese Mixture

  • 24 ounces cream cheese, softened Make sure cream cheese is completely softened to avoid lumps.
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice For a stronger lemon flavor, add more lemon juice.
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar

Layering

  • 1 pc pre-baked cheesecake crust Store-bought crust can be used.
  • 1 cup strawberries, sliced Fresh strawberries are recommended, but frozen can be used if thawed and drained well.

Preparation

  • In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with the granulated sugar and lemon juice until smooth.
  • In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream and powdered sugar until it forms stiff peaks.
  • Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until well combined.

Layering

  • Layer the cheesecake mixture over the pre-baked cheesecake crust.
  • Add a layer of sliced strawberries on top.
  • Repeat the layers as desired.

Setting

  • Refrigerate the cheesecake for at least 4 hours before serving to let it set.

Notes

Serve the cheesecake chilled, with extra strawberries or whipped cream for garnish. Pairs well with tea or coffee. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days. Avoid freezing.
