  • 6 Tbsp Unsalted Butter
  • 3 cups Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips (divided) 1.5 cups will be melted with butter, remaining to be mixed in
  • 3 Large Eggs

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a pie pan.
  • Melt the butter and 1.5 cups of the chocolate chips together in a saucepan over low heat, stirring until smooth.
  • Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
  • In a bowl, beat the eggs, and then mix in the chocolate mixture until well combined.
  • Stir in the remaining chocolate chips.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared pie pan.

Baking

  • Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the edges are set and a toothpick comes out slightly moist from the center.
  • Allow to cool before serving.

Notes

For serving, slice into wedges and enjoy warm or at room temperature. Consider adding ice cream or a drizzle of chocolate sauce for a delightful touch. Store wrapped in plastic wrap in the refrigerator for up to 5 days or freeze for longer storage.
