Ingredients
  

For the crust

  • 2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs
  • 5 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar

For the filling

  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened Use room temperature for a smoother filling.
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy cream Whip until stiff peaks form.
  • 1 cup chopped Snickers bars Plus extra for garnish.
  • to taste chocolate syrup for drizzling

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine chocolate cookie crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust.
  • Bake for 10 minutes, then let cool.

Filling

  • In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  • In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
  • Stir in the chopped Snickers bars.

Assembly

  • Pour the filling over the cooled crust and smooth the top.
  • Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
  • Before serving, drizzle with chocolate syrup and garnish with extra Snickers pieces if desired.

Notes

Serve chilled for the best taste. Cover tightly with plastic wrap or aluminum foil for storage. Keeps in the refrigerator for up to 5 days or can be frozen for up to 2 months.
