Notes

These cookies are delightful on their own, but you can also serve them with a glass of milk or a warm cup of tea or coffee. They make great gifts when packed in a decorative box or tin. To keep your cookies fresh, store them in an airtight container at room temperature for about a week. They can be frozen by wrapping them well in plastic wrap before placing them in a freezer bag.
