  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup hot sauce
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • to taste salt and pepper to taste
  • for garnish Chopped green onions for garnish

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a large bowl, mix honey, hot sauce, soy sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • Add the chicken wings to the bowl and toss to coat evenly.
  • Place the wings on a baking sheet lined with foil or parchment paper.

Baking

  • Bake for 40-45 minutes, turning once halfway through, until the wings are cooked through and crispy.
  • Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.

Notes

Pat the wings dry with paper towel before coating; dry skin gets crispier. Use foil or parchment for easy cleanup. Turn the wings once for even browning. Add a splash of extra hot sauce after baking if you want more heat. For a different finish, broil 1–2 minutes at the end but watch so they don’t burn.
