Ingredients
  

For the wedges

  • 4 medium potatoes Cut into wedges
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil For drizzling over the potatoes
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese Use grated, not powdered
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley Optional, for garnish

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • Cut the potatoes into wedges and place them in a large bowl.
  • Drizzle the olive oil over the wedges.
  • In a small bowl, mix the garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Sprinkle the mixture over the potatoes and toss to coat evenly.
  • Add the grated Parmesan cheese and toss again.

Baking

  • Arrange the wedges in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes, turning halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve hot.

Notes

To ensure even cooking, cut the wedges the same size. For an extra crunch, broil for 1-2 minutes at the end but watch closely. These wedges are perfect with ketchup, ranch, or garlic mayo.
