  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese Use fresh for better flavor
  • 1 cup bread crumbs Adjust if mixture is too wet
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 cup milk Keeps the meatloaf moist

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, bread crumbs, chopped parsley, egg, salt, pepper, and milk.
  • Mix until just combined, being careful not to overwork the mixture.
  • Transfer the mixture to a loaf pan and shape it into a loaf.

Cooking

  • Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  • Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

Cool to room temperature before storing. Store in the fridge for up to 4 days or freeze slices for up to 3 months.
