  • 4 medium Potatoes Any type of potato can be used.
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt Adjust to taste.
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper Adjust to taste.
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  • Wash and slice the potatoes into thin rounds.
  • In a bowl, toss the sliced potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.

Cooking

  • Place the seasoned potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  • Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking halfway through, until the potatoes are golden and crispy.

Serving

  • Serve hot.

Notes

Make sure to cut the potatoes evenly and do not overcrowd the air fryer basket. Adjust seasonings as desired. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in the air fryer to regain crispiness.
