Pasta Ingredients

  • 8 oz Pasta Use your favorite type of pasta.
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced Use fresh garlic for the best flavor.
  • 2 cups Milk Use a dairy-free alternative if needed.
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated Can substitute with other hard cheeses.
  • 1 tsp Salt Adjust to taste.
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper Adjust to taste.
  • 1/4 cup Fresh parsley, chopped Optional for garnish.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  • Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.

Cooking

  • Add pasta, milk, and enough water to cover.
  • Bring to a boil and then reduce heat, cooking until pasta is al dente and the sauce is creamy.
  • Stir in Parmesan cheese, season with salt and pepper, and cook for another minute.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley if desired. Serve warm.

Notes

Store any leftover pasta in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 2-3 days. To reheat, add a splash of milk or water to loosen the sauce.
