  • 1 cup cheddar cheese (shredded)
  • 4 large tortillas

Preparation

  • In a large bowl, mix the shredded chicken with garlic aioli.
  • Add salt and pepper to taste, stirring until well combined.
  • Lay out the tortillas on a flat surface.
  • Divide the chicken mixture evenly among the tortillas.
  • Sprinkle cheddar cheese over the chicken mixture on each tortilla.
  • Roll up each tortilla tightly, folding in the sides as you go.
  • Heat a skillet over medium heat and place the wraps seam side down.
  • Cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and the cheese melts.
  • Remove from the skillet and let them cool for a minute before slicing.

Notes

These wraps can be served warm and are perfect with dips like salsa, ranch dressing, or extra garlic aioli on the side. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. To reheat, microwave or warm in a skillet over low heat. Use leftover rotisserie chicken for quicker prep time, and feel free to add veggies.
