Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Place the chicken breasts between two pieces of plastic wrap and gently pound them to an even thickness.
  • In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, pepper, lemon juice, and herbs.
  • Brush the mixture over both sides of the chicken breasts.

Cooking

  • Place the chicken on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  • Let rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes
