Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a large bowl, coat the chicken thighs with olive oil, ranch seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  • Place the chicken thighs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Cooking

  • Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  • Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

Pat the chicken dry before coating to help the seasoning stick. You can add garlic powder or smoked paprika for extra flavor. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3-4 days.
