  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded Use warm, shredded cooked chicken for best texture.
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 2 tablespoons garlic, minced
  • 4 large tortillas Use gluten-free or low-carb options if needed.
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

Cooking

  • In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  • Add shredded chicken to the pan and season with salt and pepper. Stir until heated through.
  • Lay a tortilla flat, add a portion of the chicken mixture and top with shredded cheese.
  • Roll the tortilla tightly to form a wrap.
  • In the same pan, place the wrap seam-side down and cook until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
  • Slice and serve with your choice of toppings.

Notes

Store tightly wrapped in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in a pan or oven. Freeze for up to 1 month; thaw in the fridge and reheat.
