  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a bowl, mix together olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, lemon juice, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  • Rub the mixture onto the chicken breasts until evenly coated.

Notes

For best results, pound the chicken lightly if breasts are thick and uneven. Use a meat thermometer to ensure chicken is done at 165°F (74°C). Do not overbake to prevent dryness.
