Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients

  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup (10.5 oz)
  • 1 packet Italian dressing mix
  • 8 oz cream cheese Use full-size cream cheese at room temperature for easy mixing.
  • 8 oz angel hair pasta Cook just before serving.
  • to taste salt and pepper Add at the end for optimal flavor.
  • optional Fresh parsley For garnish.

Preparation

  • Place the chicken breasts in the Crock Pot.
  • In a bowl, mix together the cream of chicken soup, Italian dressing mix, and cream cheese until well combined.
  • Pour the mixture over the chicken in the Crock Pot.

Cooking

  • Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
  • About 30 minutes before serving, cook the angel hair pasta according to package directions.
  • Once the chicken is cooked, shred it in the Crock Pot and mix it with the sauce.

Serving

  • Serve the shredded chicken and sauce over hot cooked angel hair pasta.
  • Garnish with salt, pepper, and fresh parsley if desired.

Notes

Let the chicken cool before storing. Refrigerate for up to 3-4 days or freeze for up to 2 months.
