  • to taste salt and pepper Season according to preference.
  • Optional: soy sauce, red pepper flakes, or other desired seasonings Add to taste for extra flavor.

Preparation

  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  • Add sliced onion and minced garlic, cooking until translucent.
  • Add sausage, cooking until browned and cooked through.
  • Stir in chopped cabbage and cook until wilted, about 5-7 minutes.
  • Season with salt, pepper, and any additional spices.
  • Serve hot, optionally drizzling with soy sauce.

Notes

Slice the sausage thin for quicker cooking. Avoid crowding the pan for even wilting of cabbage. You can add soy sauce or vinegar for added flavor. Adjust seasoning to personal taste.
