  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar or American cheese Choose based on preference.
  • Salt To taste
  • Pepper To taste
  • Garlic powder To season

  • diced onions For serving
  • burger sauce For serving

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Heat a skillet or griddle over medium-high heat.
  • Press a small handful of ground beef onto one half of each tortilla and season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.

Cooking

  • Cook the beef side down for 2-3 minutes until browned.
  • Flip the tortilla, sprinkle with cheese, fold in half, and grill both sides until crispy and cheese melts.

Serving

  • Slice into wedges and serve hot with pickles, diced onions, and burger sauce.

Notes

Store in the fridge for up to 3 days, or freeze for up to 1 month. Reheat in a skillet or oven until warm.
