Crockpot Ravioli Lasagna

This simple and warm Crockpot Ravioli Lasagna layers frozen cheese ravioli with a rich meat sauce and three types of cheese, all cooked effortlessly in a slow cooker.

Ingredients
  

Meat Sauce

  • 1 pound ground beef Browned for flavor
  • 1 can (24 oz) pasta sauce Use your favorite jarred sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Cheeses

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese Can substitute with provolone or fontina
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Main Ingredients

  • 1 package (25 oz) frozen cheese ravioli No need to thaw before using

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  • Stir in pasta sauce, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Simmer for 5 minutes.

Layering

  • In a greased slow cooker, spread a thin layer of the meat sauce.
  • Layer half of the frozen ravioli over the sauce.
  • Top with half of the remaining meat sauce and half of each cheese.
  • Repeat layers, finishing with cheese on top.

Cooking

  • Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours or until heated through and cheese is melted.
  • Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

For extra flavor, brown the beef well. Use low heat for even cooking of the ravioli. Avoid lifting the lid during cooking to maintain heat. To thicken sauce, stir in extra Parmesan if thin. Ground turkey can be used as a lighter alternative.
