Ingredients:
- 1 lb. Ground beef
- 1 lb. Sliced mushrooms
- 2 Tbsp. Unsalted butter
- 6 oz. Cream cheese, softened
- 3 Large eggs
- 2 tsp. Minced garlic
- 1 tsp. Seasoning salt
- 2 Tbsp. Chopped fresh parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Parmesan cheese for garnish
Directions:
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175°C).
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef, adding salt and pepper to taste. Once the beef is cooked, drain any excess fat and set it aside.
