This incredibly tasty flatbread is made with simple ingredients and can be cooked right on your own backyard Blackstone Griddle.
INGREDIENTS– all-purpose flour – sugar – egg – milk – Yogurt

Add the flour, kosher salt, granulated sugar, eggs, milk, yogurt, olive oil, and yeast in a large mixing bowl, and mix well.1
Spray a large bowl with cooking spray, or brush it with olive oil, and then place the dough into the bowl, cover it with plastic wrap, or cover it with a kitchen towel.2
Divide the dough balls into 8 equal portions. Place the dough on a floured surface, using a rolling pin to flatten the dough, and brush a little bit of olive oil on top.3
Preheat the Blackstone griddle to medium-high heat, and add a little oil.4
Place the dough on the hot surface, then cook for 5 minutes or until golden brown, flip, and cook until golden brown.5
