Begin by preparing the marinade. Combine the olive oil, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, balsamic vinegar, minced garlic, Dijon mustard, dried herbs, salt, and pepper in a bowl.

Seal the bag or cover the dish, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or overnight.
