Ingredients• Pumpkin Cake • Cream Cheese Frosting • Orange Candy Melts • Green Candy Melts • Lollipop Sticks
Prepare the cake as directed, and let cool.
In a large mixing bowl, add the butter, cream cheese, and vanilla, and mix well. Then slowly add in the salt, and powdered sugar. Mix until the frosting is smooth.
Crumble the cooled cake into a large bowl, add 1 cup of frosting into the crumbled cake, and mix well.
Use your hands, and make about 1-inch balls. And place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Place the baking sheet into the freezer, until the cake balls are frozen solid.
Once the cake balls are frozen, dip your lollipop stick into the frosting, and then into the cake pop. Return the cake balls to the freezer, for another 20 to 30 minutes.
