Ingredients• Chicken Wings • Jerk Seasoning • Soy Sauce • Fresh Lime Juice • Brown Sugar • Garlic Cloves
In a large mixing bowl, combine the jerk seasoning, soy sauce, lime juice, brown sugar, minced garlic, grated ginger, chopped green onions, and salt. Stir well to form a paste.
Add the chicken wings to the bowl and toss them until they’re well coated with the marinade. Make sure each wing is generously covered.
