EQUII, the innovative high-protein, low-carb bread company, has announced Tartine Bakery founder Chad Robertson as an EQUII ambassador. Roberton will work closely with the EQUII team, including EQUII co-founder Chef Sebastien Canon MOF, to develop exciting new bread products using EQUII’s high-protein, low-carb baking mix.
As the founder of Tartine Bakery, Robertson redefined breadmaking and set new standards for artisan bread, combining traditional craftsmanship with innovative techniques. He is the author of several books on his baking techniques, which have inspired countless bakers around the world.
