About Aloo Tikki Sandwich:
The idea of an aloo tikki sandwich came to us when we saw the extra aloo tikki in the fridge. You can hardly go wrong with a sandwich. This is a versatile staple that can be made with anything and everything you have in stock. Here you have to prepare crispy aloo tikkis and squeeze them between two slices of bread and enjoy them. To spice things up, we also used the chutney as a spread on two slices of bread and sprinkled some sem for extra crunch. You can also grill the sandwich if you don’t like raw bread. Food sounds pretty indulgent, right? Without wasting much time, let’s walk you through the recipe.
How to make Aloo Tikki Sandwich:
Although we first made this with leftover aloo tikki, you can always make it fresh just for a sandwich. We will demonstrate the recipe in two parts – first we will show you how to make aloo tikka, then we will teach you how to make a sandwich out of it.
